Add ability to hide inventory items

I need this! I have a lot of listings in my store that print on demand so I don't need to track the inventory for them. I would love to be able to hide them so they don't clutter the stuff I want to track.

I would not want 0 qty items to stop syncing unless there is an option to turn that on/off. But I would like to be able to simply hide 0 qty items from the Inventory and Listing pages to declutter. There are nearly 500 pages on my screen and it's defaulting to lowest SKU, it's time consuming to click through each page to get to the majority of the in-stock items with the higher SKUs.

I too have a similar issue with what I sell. There will be constantly growing number of ZERO inventory listings. It's good to be prepared for it now... something to think about before I jump into Trunk.

George Chaney Irene Simonson Thanks for chiming in. We think a good solution here could possibly be customized "views" that you can save filters on. For example, you'll be able to customize a view such that only quantity > 0 is shown.

James Hu: right...but for me, I build my SKU's up and if something sales right away I would want to keep the latest created SKU's visible so I build up on the correct numbers. tricky.

Irene Simonson: Gotcha! We'll also keep this in mind too. For the customized "view" proposal, you could also add a filter to show items that only had recent activity less than 30 days ago, for example.

You and I are in the same boat Irene. I have a lot of 0 qty items that I leave on my website in a sold category for sales history and to draw in some search traffic. I really don't want to see those items in a synch system. Possible solutions is to have them listed last in the sort, a hide check box, or a do not synch "0" qty inventory.
As to James, I agree, I will a lot of inventory on one platform that will not be listed on others. I suppose if the platform is expanding to allow you to cross list, these details would be important for future development.

I have many one of a kind listings and I would also like to hide all the SKU's sold out. I am going to have pages and pages to wade through if this isn't allowed. It would be enough to just have the last numbers of what I used as I build my way up. I don't need to see the 200 SKU's I sold out of....
