Minimum stock levels

If you visit a link to a deactivated Etsy listing (from Pinterest, a blog, Google images, a link from Etsy messages, bookmarked it, etc.), it is totally blank with no info all & you can't even see what shop it was from. However, if it's sold out, it shows all the product info including the shop name & allows the customer to request restock notifications (if the shop has that feature). For this reason, sold out is far superior to deactivated.
However, Etsy (and therefore Trunk) cannot let you mark an item sold out. The only way for it to happen is to have 1 available and let it sell.
Etsy's inability to mark an item sold out is one of it's biggest downfalls when it comes to inventory management & it's unfortunate that Trunk has not yet incorporated a way to accomodate for this - such as minimum stock levels or the ability to manually turn off inventory sync for certain products once stock gets low.
If I have 5 listings using the same material (or even 5 of the same product which many Etsy sellers do), if all 5 sell from the same listing, then only 1 listing is sold out while the other 4 are deactivated. I'd want each listing to have 1 available so that each listing can sell out & would love for Trunk to be able to accomodate for this.
Having listings sell out instead of deactivate is very important to us as an Etsy shop with lots of inbound links. With nearly all of our products having multiple duplicate listings or materials that overlap, having Trunk enabled means that we'd never be able to have all those listings sell out & unfortunately looks like a dealbreaker for us.
