Sync orders

Any updates on when this is coming? I really need this and I need to be able to connect multiple Etsy shops to one Shopify store. I have 2 Etsys, one of the Etsy shops sells physical products (and is already syncing inventory) to my Shopify store. The other Etsy store is all digital downloads. I keep ALL inventory management and all financial data in Shopify, therefore I need all orders from multiple Etsy shops to sync into Shopify for inventory and financial reporting purposes. Right now I'm using Order Desk to import Etsy orders and Export them to Shopify. It works fine for the physical goods Etsy shop but has to be hacked together in a weird way to make it work for the second Etsy shop and they charge twice the price for a second Etsy integration.

Any progress on this feature?

James Hu: I see that this has been In Progress for some time now; any ETA on when we could see it being implemented?

Just a note that Etsy and Quickbooks Online just introduced this feature at zero cost. When implementing this, please allow you to disable order syncing on a per-channel basis. Thanks!

Kaeli Day: Hey sorry for the confusion! What I meant to say was Faire has built their own in-house integration that can sync orders from Faire -> Shopify. Please reach out to them for more info on that 👍 In terms of lead time on this, it's still on our roadmap for this year.

James Hu: Hi James--yes that would be great, but from all we can tell, Faire punts the actual "how" to outside service providers (not to mention competitors of yours): Synqware, ACT Data, Celigo, and/or InfiPlex. Since we don't want to either (a) pay for two nearly-identical SAS products or (b) drop Trunk for one of those listed that does inventory AND order management, I figured I'd ping you to see what the lead time looks like on this feature here. [And if we've got this wrong and/or missed something obvious, please disregard!]

If you would add... Orders that have synced from Etsy to Shopify, once they are fulfilled in Shopify admin interface, the status and tracking info syncs back to Etsy and updates the original order on Etsy. This would be exactly the type of functionality I need so that I can manage all order fulfillment within Shopify system and have it automatically update back to Etsy.
