Safety margins on inventory

Already supported through low-stock alerts.

I usually just list fewer than I have in stock. It might be useful to have an alert set when stock is getting low so that the last few items can be counted and examined. My issue is I mostly sell wood parts and throw out those that are chipped. If I get in 500 discs I list 450 as available. That gives me a 10% buffer.
