This app give NO usable information about what was synced, when it was synced, no way to look at a log, no way to do any diagnosis of a problem. I so regret being dependent on this app and can't wait to find another solution because the is so bad.

I agree. I had a bunch of listings not updating Trunk -> Shopify and there was no way for me to see the queue of updates waiting to be run. My assumption was that a rate limit was hit on the Shopify API and my updates were queued (because I was making a ton of changes), but I had no way to see if there were pending transactions waiting to be executed against Shopify. I waited about 24 hours and then everything updated.
