Add ability to re-organize inventory
Sometimes the inventory can be built incorrectly and grouped incorrectly. Having this feature would enable users to re-organize the inventory themselves under different parents/move variants around

Hoping to see this added as well! It would be a game changer to be able to sort items, create categories, etc.

I would also like to group my inventory by product category type, at the moment it lists SKUS numerically. Also within the SKU I have letter options and these are not listed alphabetically, I can't find a way to get them to organize alphabetically.

Properly grouping and sorting listings would be great, I agree. Currently, the sorting algorithm is unknown to me (alphabetical via SKU?). For example, we have an apparel item by name like "Beauty Bomber Jacket" which expands in 8 variants, (2 colors and XS,S,M,L for each). In Shopify, they are sorted by size, then color. XS Black, XS Navy, S Black, S Navy, and so on. Not sure if mapping the sort from the channels is best, or if having a local feature in Trunk that groups and sorts. We can survive without it, just thinking out loud here... Thanks for listening!

I would also love to group my inventory, sort as we can do with categories or collections. that would be very helpful, great suggestion!

Agree, some of my SKUs have gotten grouped incorrectly and it would be really nice to fix those, and/or create bigger categories.
