Account for variants in Etsy

I have charms that have Etsy variants of necklace length. I would love to be able to have them all have the same SKU for the charm, but have the variants have a different component bundle depending on which variant is selected. Ex. customer buys 1 charm with 24 inch necklace, so 1 charm is deducted from the main SKU and a 24 in necklace is deducted because of the selected variant.
